Great design

Delivery awesome, and the lights are exactly the look I was wanting. The actual light is recessed enough that it doesn’t glare in the eyes. Only gave 4 stars because the light isn’t as warm as I had hoped. The first photo shows lights when off. Second photo they’re on. The lights are dimmable. The third photo shows them at full illumination.

Well made and nice finish. I was impressed with the lights. They look great, installed them for a walking closet we are doing. Light enough that if you are installing new boxes you can use the blue remodel ones.

This is a bright light that is pretty easy to install but with good directions it would have been real easy. It doesn't mention that you have to take a tiny screw out of the mounting bracket to get it out of the light assembly. At the end the directions say "lock the side screws" but there is only one side screw to lock. There is a slight lag when you turn it on. I really don't think it is worth almost $60. Hopefully it lasts as long as they say.

The install paper is simple, but it is not more needed to install this fixture.The fixture is pretty lightweight and that's why it is not difficult to mount it.Even though I installed the fixture alone, it is helpful to have a helping hand holding the lamp while you connect the wires.The black finish looks modern and stylish. The LED emits a nice bright light, according to the description a 4000k light temperature, which can be considered close to natural light. It is neither yellowish, nor blueish cold. A 20W LED output can be considered bright, not diffuse in any way.The mesh design of the LED bulb indeed makes looking into the light quite comfortable, it is not that typical blinding effect when looking into something bright. It seems the light rays are more directed with that design. The outer cone-shaped profile around the bulb defines the actual light angle which I would consider about 45 degrees -- when installing, you can already guess pretty good which area will be illuminated.With a height of around 5 inch the fixtures stick out quite a bit from the ceiling, therefore I would see its best use on higher ceilings. I mounted mine in the kitchen with a 9ft ceiling and it looks fine. The marketing images, as of today, which show the bedroom and the hallway give a quite realistic impression about the size of the lamp in relation to the room.I don't have a dimmer as of now, but I can definitely imagine the advantage.

It is sturdy, durable, easy to install, 20w, glare free, flicker free, comes with all needed hardware, lightweight, cylinder shape, and at a good price. It has 4000k natural light with a 100 degree downlight,and is dimmer switch compatible. It measures at 4.6" W x 4.3" H and compliments any room. It works best for hallways, entry , stairwells or a closet. It is good size and provides great lighting!

I really like this light. I use it as a down light over my sink. It has a contemporary aesthetic look to it that I like.

Ordered 5 black lights for 12 foot kitchen island. Came quickly with no shipping damage. Electrician said they were very simple to install. Provide plenty of light as needed but also dimmable. Very sleek, minimal style. Perfect!

Works well but the mounting design is poor. Overall happy with the product as it looks nice and works well but they can do a better job on the quality and mounting.

I absolutely love these lights, I’ve used them in my home and many of my clients homes (I am an interior designer), and they are SO GOOD. Easy to install. Can’t complain about any of it.

I put it in my family room but it’s not bright enough. I had to use the other lights to make the room bright

This light appeared well made and like it would be a quality fixture but my husband wanted something that could be angled and this is a straight down option. The interior was a sort of shiny material I was surprised by but anyway, can't speak to the function but the actual materials felt good.

Installation was easy and they look so good in the man cave

I thought I would go for some impact lighting in my bathroom, kind of like ambience lighting I guess. Something besides the 10,000 watts needed to see. This seemed like a modern, sleek, mood-maker. Turns out, it is very modern, very sleek, and, if you don't consider placement in your space, a little interrogation room-chic.The instructions left a little to be desired. For a slightly more experienced person who is used to interpreting schematics and the mandatory 2 trips to Lowes and 3 to Ace, it is not insurmountable. For light installation newbies, it was more intimating because I needed it to be way more explicit. It worked, but spent a lot more time worrying if I missed something.The light was bright but the mesh did provide some diffusion so it was less spotlight-y, but the placement in my space was just a little too center to get its vibe to be relaxing and mystery and not tell us all your secrets.

It seems like a good quality enclosure for the most part, in terms of materials and construction. However, the lamp in mine was a half-inch off-center, which was a bit weird looking. The mounting bracket is extremely difficult to remove from the housing - and the instructions are so minimal that I don't see how to remove it without potentially damaging it.There is a hot and neutral wire, and also a ground wire that looks like it should be grounded (metal conduit)? In my application I don't have a good way to ground this, and I'm not sure if the electronics require it or it's to meet code (or both).
